Image EmployeeInitially, the company had the production capacity of about 1.800.000 minutes per month, utilizing fourteen production lines. Now in 2000, the premises have been expanded from 14 to 17 lines to facilitate new operations in order to expand our production capacity.
Today, the number of employees increase to around 930. Currently, we are in the process of building more production lines and aim to produce 2.400.000 to 3.000.000 minutes of each month, depending of the complexity of garment model and design involved.
HUMAN RESOURCE
In PT. Qinan Garment, we run some training programs to enhance the quality of our human resource. There are four training programs :
- Orientation Training
This is meant for staff level and above. The training covers the familiarization of the following aspects : - the corporate culture
- the management of the company
- the concept of ISO management
- specific item of training in accordance with the respective field of the employee
- On The Job Training
This three-months long training is for employee in operator level, focusing on garments creation techniques. - Regular Training
This is carried out in monthly basis for employees in staff and operator level. The training items are in accordance with specific needs, covering knowledge and skill. - Outdoor Training
With outdoor training, the employee are assigned to participate in various kind of training programs organized by other party outside the company. This is also done by inviting guest trainers to the company.

PT.QINAN GARMENT
PT.Qinan Garment is a medium size factory established in 1989. The factory is located in Padalarang City where most of other garment and textile factories are located in West Java of Indonesia.
PT.Qinan Garment engage mainly for export and focuses to higher quality production of baby garments. We manufacture some of Europe brand names such as BHS, Tesco, Adams, Woolworths, Disney Store, Ebsco Knit (C&A), Grobag, Emile Et Rose and Vanilla Park. We comply to Indonesian goverment safty and regulations. This can be proven by successfully passed Price Waterhouse and Socam audit for social compliance.
In 1998, our management successfully achieve ISO 9002:1994 and has continue to improve them to produce consistent quality product. We equipt ourself with Lectra Systemes CAD and Sewing Technique to produce a garment that nicely fit the baby. Our control system will not only monitor the quality of the garment but also aware of the safety in each garment.
