In PT. Qinan Garment, we run some training programs to enhance the quality of our human resource. There are four training programs :

  1. Orientation Training
    This is meant for staff level and above. The training covers the familiarization of the following aspects :
    1. the corporate culture
    2. the management of the company
    3. the concept of ISO management
    4. specific item of training in accordance with the respective field of the employee
  2. On The Job Training
    This three-months long training is for employee in operator level, focusing on garments creation techniques.
  3. Regular Training
    This is carried out in monthly basis for employees in staff and operator level. The training items are in accordance with specific needs, covering knowledge and skill.
  4. Outdoor Training
    With outdoor training, the employee are assigned to participate in various kind of training programs organized by other party outside the company. This is also done by inviting guest trainers to the company.
